Concert Review: Moving Mountains Returns to the Stage to Embark on a New Chapter in Brooklyn New York
The weather is starting to change as I make my way up the stairs of the L subway stop at Jefferson Street in Brooklyn, New York. I stroll around the corner to find fans lining up at the Sultan Room to catch the exciting return of Moving Mountains. Tonight is a particularly special one, as it's Moving Mountains' first weekend of shows since performing together 8 years ago. Brooklyn is the second stop of a three-night show run that began in Philadelphia and will conclude in

Concert Review: Molly Grace Has All of the Bowery Ballroom 'Blush'ing on Her New York City Tour Stop
The sun is beginning to set as a crisp breeze moves over the streets of Manhattan. I make my way to Delancey Street on the Lower East Side through the hustle and bustle of the evening crowd. Nestled in between a sea of buildings, I found myself outside of the iconic Bowery Ballroom. A building that has become synonymous with the NYC music scene and one filled with a rich historical past. Tonight the line stretches well beyond the entrance, making its way down and around th

Concert Review: Fleshwater with Chat Pile and Balmora at The Orpheum, Tampa FL
In a massive year for Fleshwater after releasing their latest album “2000: In Search Of The Endless Sky” and supporting Deftones earlier this year, Freshwater hit the road again on their first U.S. headline tour and on the first of two Florida dates returned to Tampa for the first time in over 3 years bringing along Chat Pile and Balmora.

Concert Review: Everclear 30th Anniversary Tour of “Sparkle and Fade” with Local H and Sponge in New York City
October 22: My day started early, with a strong cup of coffee and a quick check of the schedule for the night's concerts. I was excited to be photographing Sponge, Local H, and Everclear at Irving Plaza, and I wanted to make sure I was prepared for the energy and action on stage. As I headed out the door, I grabbed my camera gear and did a quick mental run-through of the shots I wanted to get, from the opening chords to the final encore.

Concert Review: Lera Lynn at the Turntable in Indianapolis
The weather wasn’t the only thing giving us the chills on October 26, 2025. Lera Lynn came through Indianapolis, Indiana on her Ruin Me tour to give us all the goosebumps. She put on a truly beautiful show at Turntable. Turntable is an intimate venue in the heart of Broad Ripple Ave in Indianapolis. The vibes are dark and moody, vintage and chill. On this night, she had Dan Hubbard, from Bloomington, Illinois to open up the stage for her.

Concert Review: Dream Theater, Parasomnia Tour, Proctor's Theatre in Schenectady, NY
Dream Theater is on the Parasomnia 2025 US Tour - which also happens to be their 40th year anniversary. On October 23rd they brought their tour into Proctor's Theatre in Schenectady NY. I've been a longtime fan - first seeing and photographing them on the "Pull me Under" tour when they played the Palace Theater in Albany NY on May 16th,1993. I've seen them a few times since - always delivering a great live show! Musically they are all incredible players besides all of t

Concert Review: Cannibal Corpse – 2025 North American Tour, The Fillmore – Charlotte, NC
The final stop of Cannibal Corpse’s 2025 tour hit like a hammer smash to the face on October 22nd in Charlotte — and what a way to end it. This was my first Cannibal Corpse show, and I couldn’t have asked for a wilder introduction.

CONCERT REVIEW: CINDY BLACKMAN SANTANA AT JIMMY’S JAZZ & BLUES CLUB
On October 19, 2025, Jimmy’s Jazz & Blues Club in Portsmouth, NH, welcomed the all-star jazz drummer Cindy Blackman Santana. An American jazz and rock drummer performing since the 80s, Blackman was the drummer in Lenny Kravitz’s band, performing through multiple world tours and hit albums. In 2010, she was part of the all-star line-up performing “Bitches Brew”, a tribute to Miles Davis’ seminal album staged at the San Francisco Jazz Festival and NYC Winter Jazz Fest.

Concert Review: The Beaches at The Wiltern in Los Angeles!
I removed my usual items at any venue's security check-in–camera, camera fanny pack, phone–when the guard asked if I could take off my carabiner and pant chain. As I unclipped them, "I'm guessing you've asked a lot of people this tonight?", and was met with a, "You know, not as much as you'd think." Nice, security got the joke. With half of The Beaches identifying as LGBTQ+, they’ve naturally built a queer fan base and this was on full display at their Los Angeles show.

Concert Review: Matt Maeson at The Vic Theater, Chicago, I.L.
Matt Maeson played a packed show at The Vic Theatre in Chicago as part of his A Quiet and Harmless Living Tour, celebrating the release of his new album. The historic venue’s intimate setting made for the perfect backdrop to Matt Maeson’s raw and emotional performance. From the moment he stepped on stage, the crowd was locked in—singing along, cheering, and hanging onto every lyric.

Concert Review: Good Intentions 2025 Tour Featuring Toad The Wet Sprocket with Vertical Horizon and KT Tunstall at The Palladium Times Square in New York City
Friday, October 10: The “Good Intentions” Tour 2025 headlining Toad The Wet Sprocket, with special guest performances by Vertical Horizon and KT Tunstall at The Palladium Times Square in New York City. Some concerts transport you through time, but the performance in New York City featuring Toad The Wet Sprocket, KT Tunstall, and Vertical Horizon felt more like an unanticipated reunion at your favorite '90s bar.

Concert Review and Creative Fan Piece, You Are so Loved: Sleep Token at Rocket Arena, Cleveland!
On the completely DNA altering evening of Sept 27, 2025, Sleep Token brought their Even in Arcadia tour to Cleveland at Rocket Arena. I was lucky enough to score tickets in the pre-sale that sold out within a day. In fact, the whole tour sold out. I’m an avid concert attender, frequently going for fun and for photos/media, but something was different about scoring these tickets. Something about Sleep Token keeps that spark alive. The anticipation of waiting for the date
