CONCERT REVIEW: CHRISTOPHER CROSS - MEN AT WORK - TOTO THE BANK OF NH PAVILION
On Monday July 28, 2025, The Bank of NH Pavilion in Gilford, NH, welcomed Christopher Cross - Men At Work - Toto. It was a great night of music. Around Nine thousand people attended the concert. The atmosphere inside the large venue that can host several different events - from concerts with famous singers to community gatherings - was terrific. The lighting, the soundcheck...everything was perfect for an exceptional live show in New Hampshire.

Concert Review: Pink Martini at The Rooftop at Pier 17
In the first year that I graduated from college, I worked at a cabaret theater in Manhattan. I had the opportunity to watch dozens of artists perform music from across all sorts of genres and cultural backgrounds from the comfort of my seat behind the soundboard. Even on days when it could feel like a repetitive cycle simply from the nature of the labor involved, I never got used to seeing artists full of elation on the stage, along with audience members excited to support th

Concert Review: Suprise Chef at the Lodge Room, Los Angeles, CA
cover, Superb. My brain, true to form, “I’ve got an idea that probably can’t be done before the show, or at all.” Lachlan sees where I’m going and smiles. “I think we’re trying to… preserve it,” he laughs, genuine glee, and the overall spirit Surprise Chef brought to the evening. Between them and their team, there was a unified sense of awe. Just kind humans, happy to be there.

Concert Review: late night drive home w/ ALEXSUCKS, Babebee at Bowery Ballroom, Manhattan, NY
In the ever-evolving social media-centric field of indie rock, artists are put under a lot of pressure to stand out. The pressure of writing captivating songs, creating countless promotional materials to get in front of your audience, and crafting a compelling live performance can get daunting to the point of breaking a musical project. However, I’m delighted to report that Texas based rock band late night drive home (all lowercase) is an example of how to effortlessly play o

Concert Review: The Thing w/ Certain Death, Night Club 101, Manhattan, NY
Rock and roll never died, most people simply stopped looking for it. Thankfully, in the New York music scene, you can find pockets of pretty much any genre under the ethos of artistic love first. You do it for the love of the music, for the love of the community. That’s the exact feeling that washed over me when I found my way into one of Manhattan’s newest club venues, Night Club 101, to catch the third night of The Thing’s residency.

Concert Review: Styx, Kevin Cronin Band, & Don Felder “Brotherhood of Rock Tour” Hits In Holmdel, NJ
Being a 21st century-born fan of 20th century music rocks.
Don't get me wrong— it also sucks a lot, too. However, when the good catches up, it tends to make up for all the experiences I missed out on while I was busy not being alive.
This past Sunday night in Holmdel, New Jersey was a gleaming reminder of why I do what I do. Three killer forces of 1970s rock and roll set out to flood the PNC Bank Arts Center with their own kind of deafening magic, and I set out to captu

Concert Review, Fairwell Festival, Redmond, O.R.!
Fairwell Festival what can I say but WOW!!
When Fairwell Festival first got on my radar it was 100% about the music. Such a stacked lineup but looking back on the weekend it was so much more than the music.
The high desert of Redmond, OR truly is the perfect setting for an event like this. With mountain views and hours outside of the hustle of the city it became so easy to detach from the world and just be in the moment and just let the music take you places.

Concert Review: Take Me To The River, Barbican Centre, London
The Barbican Centre in London was transported straight to the heart of Memphis for one unforgettable evening as Take Me To The River rolled into town. Backed by the legendary Hi Rhythm Section and guided by Grammy winners Boo Mitchell and Martin Shore, the night promised an authentic slice of Southern soul—and it delivered in every possible way.
