How did you guys come together to form Downshift? Myself (Jordan Payne) and Aaron Parrett (a previous member) had written the songs on the album “one in the chamber” and we were looking to build the right group of guys around it. A mutual friend of ours was playing bass at the time, and introduced us to Jordan McAdams (drummer). The night before his tryout, another mutual friend of Aaron and I’s (Clayton barber), had reached out to me asking if I knew of any bands looking for a guitarist.

The Josey Scott Band, with vocalist Josey Scott, original voice of Saliva, took the main stage at Piere’s in Fort Wayne, Indiana on June 20, 2025. The atmosphere was intimate.  There is always something special about intimate shows like this one. The crowd was heavily into the whole show, including all of the exceptional openers.  The first to take stage was The Precibus, followed up by Exit 73, Downshift, Days of Disaster, and then Maciann prepped the stage for Josey Scott Band.  

Alice Cooper poisoned the Emen’s Auditorium stage on May 15, 2025, in Muncie, Indiana with his horrifyingly pleasing theatrical rock show. Known for his incredibly visually pleasing shows, Alice and his band annihilated the stage with a setlist that captivated the young, the old and the in between. There was a plethora of die-hard fans in the audience rockin’ their best Alice Cooper cosplay.  The energy was high, the vibes were electrifying.
