Who let the dogs out?! Because the Hounds of the Underground Tour with If Not For Me, Windwaker, and Colorblind came through to St. Paul, Minnesota on 5/16/2026. I can’t think of a better name for this tour, because each of these bands have been making themselves known, and are more of the… lets say, underDOG’S, in the scene right now? Get it? Okay, no more dog puns, I had to.

August Burns Red and The Amity Affliction brought their co-headlining tour to Minneapolis, and for a Tuesday night, the crowd showed up ready to bring the energy. The Amity Affliction recently released their new album “House of Cards” this April, marking their first release since former vocalist and bassist Ahren Stringer’s departure last February. They opened their set with newer material but still made sure to include fan favorites like “Pittsburgh” and “Soak Me in Bleach.”

If your concert doesn’t include badass women in rock and metal, fake blood, a mosh pit stuffed animal heist, and trading cards being launched into a crowd of screaming fans…what are you even doing? Vana’s stop at the Fine Line in Minneapolis, MN for her first ever headline tour definitely checked all those boxes. With supporting acts Redhook, Deadlands, and Chandler Leighton, it was truly one of my personal favorite concerts I have attended this year.
