It's not often one gets to say this, but tonight I find myself taking cover and dodging puddles as I make my way to The Novo in downtown Los Angeles in the midst of a rare rainy occurrence.  Although the weather is dreary, the energy and joy inside The Novo are anything but dampened.  Tonight, fans are utterly charged with joy as the insanely talented Tash Sultana will perform their last US show of the year on their "Return to the Roots" tour.  

It's Thanksgiving Eve, and the streets of Central Ave in St. Petersburg, Florida, are buzzing with excitement. Fans line up outside of Jannus Live as the colors of the beautiful sunset and cool breeze provide the perfect backdrop for this beloved outdoor venue.  Tonight St. Pete is truly in for a pre-turkey treat as the band Ripe and Allen Stone will co-headline the evening on their highly anticipated "The Get Sweet Tour."

The weather is starting to change as I make my way up the stairs of the L subway stop at Jefferson Street in Brooklyn, New York.  I stroll around the corner to find fans lining up at the Sultan Room to catch the exciting return of Moving Mountains.  Tonight is a particularly special one, as it's Moving Mountains' first weekend of shows since performing together 8 years ago.  Brooklyn is the second stop of a three-night show run that began in Philadelphia and will conclude in Boston.
