On June 24, 2026, Moon Taxi, G. Love, and Donavon Frankenreiter took the stage at Tree House Brewing Company in South Deerfield, Massachusetts. It was a phenomenal night of music, with Moon Taxi opening the show.
Performing with boundless energy, Moon Taxi delivered a dynamic blend of indie rock and electro-jam music. The band gave everything they had as the opening act, setting the tone for an unforgettable evening. Their performance radiated joy, passion, and dedication, captivating the audience from the very first song. The five-piece alternative rock outfit from Nashville, Tennessee—Trevor Terndrup (vocals, guitar), Tommy Putnam (bass), Spencer Thomson (guitar), Tyler Ritter (drums), and Wes Bailey (keyboards)—created an atmosphere of excitement and happiness for everyone in attendance.
Moon Taxi kicked off the festivities with a set that shifted seamlessly from infectious indie rock to groove-driven improvisation. Fans danced, sang along, enjoyed refreshments, and embraced a terrific afternoon of live music.
At 8:00 p.m., the two co-headliners took the stage together. Rather than performing separate sets, G. Love and Donavon Frankenreiter delivered a collaborative show that showcased the strong chemistry between their bands. G. Love brought his signature blend of hip-hop, blues, funk, and soul, while Frankenreiter added his laid-back mix of soft rock and surf rock. The transitions between songs were smooth and effortless, creating a continuous flow throughout the performance.
Garrett Dutton, better known as G. Love and the frontman of G. Love & Special Sauce, was outstanding. Showcasing his talents on harmonica, guitar, and vocals, he delivered an exceptional performance. Alongside Donavon Frankenreiter, the two artists treated the crowd to a memorable set filled with unexpected covers, extended jams, and spontaneous musical moments.
The highlight of the evening came when all three acts—Moon Taxi, G. Love, and Donavon Frankenreiter—joined together on stage. It was an extraordinary moment that perfectly captured the tour's communal spirit. The crowd enthusiastically embraced the collaboration, responding with cheers and applause.
Tons of fans came for the good vibes, outstanding musicianship, spontaneity, and sense of community. They left Tree House Brewing Company satisfied, grateful, and energized after a show they clearly loved.
