Concert Review: PinkPantheress at Southside Ballroom
Thursday night at Southside Ballroom was one of those shows where you could just feel
something special in the air before it even started. The venue was absolutely packed, standing
room only, with fans who clearly had been counting down the days for this one.
Opener Cece Natalie kicked things off and honestly did a great job setting the mood. She got the
crowd engaged and moving, and by the time her set wrapped up the room was warmed up and
ready. She held her own up there a

Concert Review: Gov’t Mule with Larkin Poe at The Pinnacle in Nashville, TN
Final nights do hit different. Looser, hungrier, like nobody’s ready to let it end. That was the tone inside The Pinnacle in Nashville on April 22nd, and it carried through every set of the night.
It had also been a minute. This was Gov’t Mule’s first time back in Nashville since May 12, 2023, and they didn’t waste a second reminding the room what that absence meant.

Concert Review: Caroline Kingsbury Delivers an Epic Dose of Shock Treatment to Orlando Florida
It's a Saturday night, and the streets of downtown Orlando are already buzzing as music pulses through Orange Ave. But dare I say the energy outside is nothing compared to the energy about to hit the Social tonight? Caroline Kingsbury is poised to hit the stage on her Shock Treatment tour—one that holds quite the significance. Not only is it her first headlining tour across the US, but making it even more special is the fact that tonight is her hometown show.

Concert Review: Journey Brought Their Final Frontier Tour to Dignity Health Arena in Bakersfield, CA
Journey wasted no time setting the tone, opening the show with Be Good to Yourself. The energy inside the arena instantly exploded as frontman Arnel Pineda stormed the stage with unmatched charisma and powerhouse vocals. From the very first song, Arnel’s passion was undeniable.
During Ask the Lonely, Arnel had the crowd fired up as he jumped all over the stage, feeding off the audience’s energy. Then came La Raza del Sol, where the stage came alive with pyro effects and stun

Concert Review: Ásgeir at Islington Assembly Hall London, UK
Icelandic sensation Ásgeir played the last UK leg of his current European tour at Islington Assembly Hall last Wednesday night. From my experience, there’s something about Icelandic music that hits different. Why? It’s a good question, but this nation of creatives bring a fluidity to music genre that few embrace so well. Ásgeir is no exception to this, with a firm grip of folk, contemporary pop, electronic that all remains delightfully indie.

I Love You But I Chose The Maine Tour w/ The Maine, Grayscale, Nightly, and Broadside at Brooklyn Paramount, Brooklyn, NY
The Maine is one of those bands that feels like the purest source of nostalgia. Thanks to their bright sounding chord progressions and ever-grounded lyrics, you don’t have to know a word of their music to hear how they complement the scenes of long car rides and nights with your friends. The group would be the first to tell you this, as they had a tour called “The Modern Nostalgia Tour,” where they played through two of their most rose-tinted albums to date, American Candy

Concert Review: Raven and Slackjaw at Empire Undergound in Albany, NY.
Legendary New Wave of British Heavy Metal (NWOBHM) heroes Raven have been doing it for around 50 years as a band, and have been releasing great, hammering metal albums since their debut “I Don’t Need Your Money” 7” single (on Newcastle, UK
label Neat Records in 1980). Their first album, ‘Rock Until You Drop’ (1981) celebrates its 45 th anniversary this Fall and was an early precursor to the thrash metal boom that kicked off around 1983. This band brought out now-legendary ban

Concert Review: Chris Grey at the Cambridge Room at the House of Blues in Dallas, TX
Chris Grey stopped in Dallas, Texas, for his sold-out show on the Paradise Lost tour. The performance took place in the Cambridge Room at the House of Blues. Chris had a crowd of excited fans who sang along to every word of his songs. He opened the show with “Paradise,” accompanied by smoke and flashing lights before entering the stage. As soon as he appeared, the audience erupted, singing and shouting along as he performed.

Concert Review: Playing Dead at The Met in Pawtucket, RI
I love the music of The Grateful Dead. Playing Dead, a very good tribute band performed at The Met on April 11, 2026. The Met is an intimate, old style music venue with great sound. The band's sets featured music from the entire Grateful Dead catalog along with fantastic inspired improvisational jams.

Concert Review: MARIS 'Goes to College the Tour': I Went for the Degree but Left with So Much More
The sun is shining as I find myself in Tallahassee, Florida, the state's capital and home to Florida State and Florida A&M Universities. But did you know that nestled away between these two storied campuses is another institution—MARIS University. Locals might know it as 926 Bar, but for tonight, these four walls will transform into an unforgettable space to earn a degree. On her 'MARIS Goes to College the Tour,' MARIS is bringing higher education and incredible music to coll

Concert Review: Helloween with Beast in Black from the House of Blues in Boston
Helloween is out on their 40th anniversary 16-date North American tour which started on April 7th in Dallas and finishes on May 2nd, 2026, in Las Vegas.
Boston is a great town for a show; there are plenty of things to do plus the venue sits on the same street as historic Fenway Park. The show was close to being sold out; it honestly should've been. If you have a chance to check out this tour before they finish the North American run, definitely make a point to see this
