Canadian hard rockers April Wine are currently concluding a U.S. – Canadian tour with reformed fellow north-of-the-border rockers Triumph. The tour began in April with a couple shows in Florida, followed by a full tour across Canada. The two bands are currently on an eastern-midwestern U.S. run currently scheduled to wrap up in Boston on June 6, with a rescheduled Montreal show ending the tour in their home country on June 10.

What inspired the creation of this single? "Monster" was written in one of our most prolific eras, when we were writing almost every day. I had just gotten out of an extremely toxic relationship and was having difficulty processing everything that had happened. I was angry and frustrated with myself for the way I had handled the situation. And I was super angry about how I had been treated. I kept asking the question “why did I let this happen?”

SatchVai "Surfing with the Hydra 2026 Spring US Tour" from the Palace Theatre in Albany, NY, on May 21st. A large crowd attended the beautiful Palace Theatre. The venue is perfect for an act like this, featuring a big stage, tall ceiling and an acoustically great sounding hall. I think it's great that they decided to form a band; this setup gives fans the best of what they both offer.

The Cab officially kicked off their first headlining tour in over a decade at The Echo Lounge & Music Hall in Dallas on May 22, 2026. Starting off the night was the band Jady. Their dynamic blend of alt-rock got the crowd moving. Frontman Jarrett Doherty captivated the crowd with his high energy and fan involvement, keeping the crowd on their toes with excitement.
