When you listen to "Crucify Me" there's a sense of rebellion and defiance that can intrigue a new listener easily because the vocalist has such powerful vocals that pierces your soul. As a listener you know she is not playing any games and that she is who she is and if you don't like it; you can look the opposite way. "Crucify Me" is an anthem for self love and knowing that being vulnerable in this industry will only cause more harm, but at the same time no one's opinion about you matters

There are elements of love, heartbreak, and throwing yourself into experiences. It’s personal and political.
