Friday, October 10: The “Good Intentions” Tour 2025 headlining Toad The Wet Sprocket, with special guest performances by Vertical Horizon and KT Tunstall at The Palladium Times Square in New York City. Some concerts transport you through time, but the performance in New York City featuring Toad The Wet Sprocket, KT Tunstall, and Vertical Horizon felt more like an unanticipated reunion at your favorite '90s bar.

First to step up on stage was Vertical Horizon, who opened the evening with a short six-song performance, predominantly highlighting tracks from their acclaimed 1999 album, Everything You Want. Matt Scannell demonstrated his remarkable vocal abilities, elevating the brief set with several powerful guitar solos. Yet, the highlight was witnessing Matt beam with joy, fully embracing the positive energy in the room, all stemming from a masterpiece he crafted 25 years ago. Overall, the band sounded great, but it was a very, very short performance.

Next was KT Tunstall; she lit up the stage with her inviting presence. She brought a one-woman band and played all her hits like "Black Horse and the Cherry Tree" and "Suddenly I See." Her voice is incredible, and she's such a great performer. The crowd loved her energy, and everyone was singing along. She has a way of connecting with the audience that makes you feel like you're part of the music. It was a really fun show, and I'd definitely see her again.

Toad The Wet Sprocket's show at the Palladium Times Square on October 10 was a nostalgic dream come true. The band played all their hits, including "Walk on the Ocean," "All I Want," and "Good Intentions." The band's setlist was a mix of old and new songs, showcasing their signature sound and musicianship. Lead singer Glen Phillips' voice sounded as good as ever, and the band's energy was infectious. The crowd sang along to every word, clearly thrilled to see the band live.

Despite being a bit short, the show was a huge success, with fans leaving the venue beaming with joy. Toad The Wet Sprocket's music has stood the test of time, and their performance proved why they remain a beloved band after all these years.
