CONCERT REVIEW: ALL SINNERS AND DANGEROUS TOYS AT THE MET

What a wonderful night of Hard Rock music with All Sinners opening for Dangerous Toys on Nov. 15, 2025, at The Met in Pawtucket, RI. The Met is a wonderful intimate venue for those two great bands. The venue was full of enthusiastic hard rock lovers who came from all over New England and outside the region to see this exceptional show.

The show started at 8 p.m. with Pink Acoustical, a local great singer who bridged the gap between folk to rock.

At 9:15 P.M. All Sinners went on to great applause as they are a local band, and they are excellent. The fans, most of them wearing black pants and black T-Shirt, went crazy as soon as the group started to execute their songs some of them include "Into the Flames", "Lead Me into Darkness", "We Own the Night", "Dead to Rights", and "Believer."

All Sinners came on to the New England’s vibrant rock scene in 2023 and their audience’s love them for their high energy and dynamic blend of hard rock. They are a talented group composed of Mike Golarz (lead vocals, guitar), Bruce Morrison (bass, vocals), Nick Testone (lead guitar, vocals), Roger Chouinard (drums). This night was their record release party for the first studio album “We Own the Night” released in 2025. Their music blends influences from 80s rock, incorporating classic metal riffs with a modern rock style.

At the Met in Pawtucket, All Sinners were terrific. They were so good that I will go back to see them often!

At 10:00 p.m. Dangerous Toys took the stage to great audience acclaim. Right at the beginning of their performance, the excitement was visible from the audience. The room was on fire. People were engaged and enthusiastic at each song executed by the band. This excitement has created a fun, valuable, and comfortable environment where the audience is closely connected to the content and the musicians on stage.

As they seldom play out of Texas, everyone was beyond excited. The couple next to me at the rail came all the way from Western Pennsylvania to see the show. Dangerous Toys are sleazy dynamic Texas outlaws with dirt drugged, sexed up heavy guitar riffs that capitated the audience and shook the venue. People were singing, dancing, drinking, showing that they knew the songs, yet anxious by waiting for more. The audience has shown a strong emotional and mental connection to the event.

Founded in 1987 in Austin, Texas, the band is made up of talented musicians, Jason McMaster (lead vocals), Paul Lidel (rhythm guitar), Scott Dalhover (lead guitar), Mike Watson (bass), and Mark Geary (drums).

Dangerous Toys released four full-length albums and one live album. Its debut album Dangerous Toys (1989) which features the singles "Teas'n Pleas'n" and "Scared" received an enormous acclamation from the public. Their next two albums, Hellacious Acres ( 1991), and Pissed (1994) were also a success.

With all being said, it was effectively a fun night of live music.
