Concert Review: Sing Us Home Festival in Manayunk, PA

The 2026 Sing Us Home Festival in the Manayunk section of Philadelphia was a huge success! The family friendly festival brought out people of all ages, with so much more than music. The food and drinks were delicious, there were so many activities like tattoos, haircuts, festival braids, and local small artists selling their work, as well as info booths like, Punk Rock Saves Lives and Planned Parenthood.

Every band played a lengthy set, giving them the opportunity to play songs they might not have the chance to play regularly!

Moustapha Noumbissi started off the festival strong, filling our ears with soulful indie rock. Apes of the State then got the crowd moving with their anarchist anthems and high energy stage presence. The Campfire was a beautiful way to end night 1 with an acoustic set from a bunch of artists!

Day two was jam packed with good tunes. The Menzingers, Dave Hause & The Mermaid, The Flatliners, Emily Wolfe, Tim Hause & The Pre-Existing Conditions, & Laney Lebo got people off their feet. Big Boy Brass kept the crowd engaged during stage changes with brass covers of hit songs.

Day three we had The Mountain Goats, Augustines, which someone traveled from Oklahoma just to see, Dave Hause & The Mermaid, Church and State (featuring Jon Stewart). Every band had people of all ages jamming out.

This festival is perfect to bring the kids out to; the block party feel to it keeps everyone comfortable while still having a safe and fun time!

Until next year Sing Us Home!
