Single Review: Long Way Back by Sam Varga Out Now !

I just got done checking out "Long Way Back" by Sam Varga. It reminded me why I love new music and new artists so much. Hearing a song and then wanting to know more about them. What their influences are, just learning the road traveled.

"Long Way Back" is like a time capsule taking me back to the early 2000's when emo bands first started to hit it big, but Sam gives it a little Nashville twist. With an acoustic singer song writer intro that would be perfectly situated at any coffee house or sitting around a campfire before the rest of the band kicks in and takes us down a head bopping train ride through young love. A fun drum beat that reminds me a lot of some old classic country, sprinkle in a little harmonica and the sugary sweet lyrics make this song so catchy.

"A whistle blows, a warning sign, missed our stop, lost my mind. It was jump out or hold on for dear life...I stayed too long trying to keep that train on its rails. Could have saved us trouble if I bailed" I feel like everyone can relate to a relationship like this. Sam Varga took me on a little train ride in a time machine and I am here for it. I can't wait to hear more.
