Concert Review: Warped Tour DC 2026

Crowd surfing at a sunny outdoor music festival, with hands raised before a giant green stage and screens.

What. a. weekend.

As us elder emos are home, icing our ankles and popping ibuprofen like it’s candy, let’s recap.

This festival was chaotic in the best way possible. Everyone was so eager to see the set times unveil at 11. So many people lined up to see if the band on their shirt was playing today. The scramble of last-minute planning what stage you’ll be at when brought us back to the carelessness we had as kids.

We saw people of all ages rockin’ out to bands new and old. The pits were crazy, the crowd surfers were movin, and the energy was high, despite the insane heat! Huge shout out to security for catching us, throwing us SOS waters & keeping everyone safe.

Warped Tour showed us no matter what’s going on outside the show, inside those gates we are family. If someone falls in the pit, you pick them up. I saw so many people taking care of one another, trading kandi and trinkets and just overall being so kind to each other.

The bands killed it each set and the crowd gave back. It was great to see vets like 3OH!3 and Dance Gavin Dance, and newer bands like Vana and Hot Mulligan. Each band had us moving from the introduction to the last chord.

So much love to my Warped Family!
