CONCERT REVIEW: THE ADIRONDACK INDEPENDENCE MUSIC FESTIVAL

From Friday August 29, 2025 to Sunday August 31, 2025, the beautiful Charles R. Wood Festival Commons in the heart of Lake George N.Y. hosted The Adirondack Independence Music Festival. Several thousands of fans coming all over the United States drove to Lake George for the three day’s event over the Labor Day weekend.

As in the past years, the music festival in 2025 was a great success. Multi-bands local and national performers played their music on the festival stage. There were a lot of sit-ins from musicians joining other bands and enhancing the musical experience. The music ran continuously from 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. each day.

It was more than music. It was a celebration of community, creativity, and faith. With three days of open live music on two side-by-side stages, people experienced the joy of personal connection through music, singing, dancing, jumping, eating, and more.

The community at Lake George over the Labor Day weekend enjoyed phenomenal class bands ranging from local to national groups. The 2025 Adirondack Independence Music Festival lineup included moe, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, Robert Randolph, Start Making Sense & Ocean Avenue Stompers Horns, George Porter Jr. & Runnin’ Pardners, Spafford, Lespecial, Neighbor, Ryan Montbleau Band, Bumpin Uglies, Annie in the Water, The Big Takeover, Organ Fairchild, Leon Trout, SLY Fox and the Hustlers, Ghosts of Jupiter, Bearly Dead, Sicard Hollow, Johnny Mullenax, Creamery Station…

The festival also featured a variety of food and craft vendors and a view of the Lake George fireworks on Saturday evening. A VIP option was available, including admission to all three days, a meal each night, free snacks, discounted beverages, a private viewing area, and access to the VIP tent with tables, chairs, a private bar, and VIP bathrooms. The place had an incredible beer and wine selection, a full bar and the circuit’s finest food and merchandise vendors.

One of the best vibes of any festival with Nonstop Music for 3 days, said someone at the festival. This is fabulous, he continued. “I like the town and I like the crowd. Non-Stop music for 3 days, this is wonderful. I enjoyed every minute of the moment.”

There were so many incredible moments at ADK Music Fest: Nothing but smiling, dancing, eating, and drinking from day one to day three. A smile was on the face of everyone who came to Lake George during the Labor Day weekend to participate at the 2025 Adirondack Independence Music Festival.
