Concert Review: Everclear at Honeywell Center in Wabash, IN

On March 19th, the Honeywell Center in Wabash, IN, played host to an extraordinary concert featuring the legendary Everclear alongside a talented group from Fort Wayne. Cicadas, the opening act, delivered a masterclass in rock music, showcasing their technical proficiency, volume, and authenticity.

The evening transitioned seamlessly into a display of raw talent with electric energy as the American rock band Everclear took to the stage in celebration of their 30th anniversary tour for their Sparkle and Fade album. Art, Freddy, and the rest of the band created an unforgettable experience for all in attendance, maintaining audience engagement throughout the entire show.

While there is not one bad seat inside the Honeywell Center, Art unique vocals and entertaining chitchat with the crowd added to the show's infectious energy as made sure to draw in the crowd from the top as he ripped into Father of Mine. For enthusiasts of live music, this is an event not to be missed. Everclear's setlist featured hits from their albums Sparkle and Fade and So Much for the Afterglow, evoking pure nostalgia for their presence in the 90s. I always enjoy seeing new younger fans in attendance, this show proved to be no exception!

The setlist included: Everglow, E to E, Heroin Girl, Father of Mine, Heart Spark, Twistinside, White Men in Black, Amphetamine, Wonderful, AM Radio, El Distorto, Strawberry, New Life, Local God, Volvo, and Santa Monica.
