This past weekend from Sept 13 to Sept 15, the Borderland + Arts Festival welcomed many thousands of dedicated festival goers in East Aurora, NY.
The festival held at Knox Farm State Park 20 miles to Buffalo is known as one of the best medium size outdoor music festivals in the United States. Around 20,000 fans attended the event this year. With three day of open live music, it was a celebration of community, family friendly, easy water access and all that. People in attendance experienced the joy of personal connection through music. The festival also featured a variety of food and craft vendors. A VIP option was available, including admission to all three days, free snacks and coffee, a private viewing area, and access to the VIP tent with tables, chairs, private bars, and VIP bathrooms.
The program presented a jam-heavy roster of artists topped by The Black Crowes, CAAMP, Dark Star Orchestra and more. The vibes are unreal.
The festival kicked off on Friday, September 13th with an opening set by Borderland Kickoff Jam, following all day long by Evan Jennison, Big Martha, Sumbuck, EGGY, Overhand Sam & The bad weapon, Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country, The Sheepdogs, Cory Wong, and The Black Crowes.
