There are probably more responsible ways to spend Labor Day weekend. Rocklahoma has never been particularly interested in them. September 4–6, the Rockin’ Red Dirt Ranch in Pryor, Oklahoma, becomes ground zero for three days of guitars, dust, questionable sleep schedules and tens of thousands of people who understand that ringing ears can technically qualify as a souvenir.

At The Momentary in Bentonville, Arkansas, 1VERSE did not simply perform. They expanded. This was not a return. This was a beginning. And beginnings are dangerous in the best way.
